Again... can you say Chris Daughtry? Carly is definitely another future star... voted off before her time.

at this stage in the competition, she shouldn't have messed up.
not to mention, the song wasn't even that great for her anyways.
carly will be missed, but hopefully she gets a shot at a career she deserves!
I think it's the Barbie & Ken syndrome.....doesn't matter if they're pitchy or wimpy - anyone who has lived some life, sings with soul or depth is "old" fashioned. Can't believe they dropped the Aussie. Dream On was cool and so was Light My Fire.......America is all about "youth" - Carly and Michael have some maturity in their voices - it's out of fashion - Idols' getting boring. I've noticed that those appear closer to 30 than 20 (whether it's real or perceived) seem to get sent away
carly was a fave of mine.
While Brooke screwed up....Let's not forget....aaahhhh....were all human. Sometimes its how you react to those situations. Thats how you win favor and not complaining that Simon has been hard on you this season (Poor Carly)
Come on at somepoint all of them including Brooke are going to be voted off except for one person!
I've got to say - if David Cook doesnt win then we can compare him to Daughtry.
